Need a new playlist to set your mind and heart in the right direction before (or while) you write?
I put together a playlist of 17 Christian songs for writers who want to use their gifts for the glory of God.
PIN THIS:

This playlist was inspired by the book, Influence: Building a Platform that Elevates Jesus (Not Me). (Affiliate links have been used in this post.)
If you’re a Christian writer who desires to elevate Jesus with your work and build a platform that serves others well, this playlist of songs is for you.
I selected each song based on lyrics that help me:
- shift my focus away from myself and onto Christ
- admit my need for God
- increase my dependency on the Lord
- overcome fear and place my confidence in Jesus
- remember my identity in Christ
- write the story God has given me for His glory
PIN THIS:

Don’t tell anyone, but I actually can’t listen to music while I write . . . BUT . . . I do often use the songs on this list to recalibrate my heart before I sit down to write so I make sure my focus is in the right place.
